Prof. Mehraj ud Din Mir said, the executing agency has failed to complete the work on the Pre Engineered Building-I within the stipulated time and meet the targets vis-a-vis completion of the project, which resulted in inordinate delay in shifting the teaching departments to the Tulmulla campus, adding the construction of permanent structures also took a hit after serious questions were raised by the Ministry of Human Resource and Development, regarding the quality of the land. “The Ministry appointed Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) whose member after thorough soil testing approved the construction of G+1 structures.” The members discussed several issues pertaining to constructions and took important decisions regarding the same.
